The opening of this facility makes it possible for you and your pet to have a positive experience. You will feel comfortable leaving your pet here when you see how happy all of the pets are! The kennels are the finest offered by Snyder Manufacturing with full glass frontage allowing them to see out and not feel cramped. We can accommodate all of your pet`s needs, including medications, special diets, special bedding, and his or her physical activities.

After breakfast,guests will have off leash access to our many indoor and outdoor play-yards until 10am. From 10am-1pm your pet will be exploring one of our vast dog parks. At 1pm guests are brought back for lunch and a break before hitting the next park from 3pm-5pm. Dinner is served at 5:30pm. After dinner, guests have access to the outdoor yards until bed time at 6:30pm

*Playtime offered as group play with up to 10 compatible dogs or 1 on 1 with a staff member.

For an additional fee, add-on activities can include:

Cancellation Policy(s):

Boarding Reservations - Refunds will only be issued if the reservation is canceled 72 hours prior to the check-in day. We do not offer partial refunds if for example, a guest checks out early, we may offer a credit to be used on the next visit.
Daycare Appointments - Refunds will only be issued as a store credit

Check Out Policy:

Check out is at 11am Monday-Saturday and 9:30am-10:00am On Sundays. Checking out ANY time AFTER will automatically count as an additional day on the final statement. This, and any other add-ons/fees, can only be paid for at the front desk at check out. Guests who check in for “boarding” (over night) will not be re-assigned to “daycare” for a reduction in price. *Note this will not effect your pet’s activities throughout the day.

Intact Males:

Intact males over over the age of 10 months will be an additional charge of $2.00 per day for over night boarding and $3.00 for doggie daycare. No Exceptions
