Holiday Rates, Hours and Updates

Cancellation Policy(s): 

• Boarding Reservations - Refunds will only be issued if the reservation is canceled 72 hours prior to the check-in day. We do not offer partial refunds if for example, a guest checks out early, we may offer a credit to be used on the next visit.
• Daycare Appointments - Refunds will only be issued as a store credit

Check Out Policy: 

Check out is at 11am Monday-Saturday and 9:30am-10:00am On Sundays. Checking out ANY time AFTER will automatically count as an additional day on the final statement. This, and any other add-ons/fees, can only be paid for at the front desk at check out. Guests who check in for “boarding” (over night) will not be re-assigned to “daycare” for a reduction in price. *Note this will not effect your pet’s activities throughout the day.

Intact Males:

Intact males over over the age of 10 months will be an additional charge of $2.00 per day for over night boarding and $3.00 for doggie daycare. No Exceptions

Vaccines required - Rabies, DHLP and Bordetella
